Im having exceptionally good results this round so far.. I have been drinking Matcha Tea .. instead of yerba ... and Im not eating the Melba toast.. it never tasted good to me ..and I didnt feel I recieved a benefit from Melba or Gesinni..
154.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good to hear, Kattgirls! :) I ordered by Matcha from Mighty Leaf Tea (mightyleaftea.com) - 4oz. for $24.95 (but I got a 15% discount that day, and first time orders get 25% off!) I plan to use it during my next round P2. I plan on putting a tsp in with p2-friendly lemonade, etc., and shake it up, rather than brewing and drinking as regular tea. What are your thoughts about using it in P3/P4? Or would you use it only in P2? Just wondering.
