Feeling pretty good. I am back on track and more motivated than ever. Im trying to realize that I can eat whatever I want as long as I control the portion sizes. :)

Also discovered that Hungry Jack sugar free syrup tastes good and is only 20 calories per serving!!! I can say YES to french toast.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
