Today I am going to plan my menu for the week and stick to it. I am preportioning things I plan to cook, like pasta. I will know before I eat it how many calories it has.

I ate breakfast early, like 6:15. Took Bailey for her walk at 7:10 which was way too late (bus traffic). I took 1 Atro-phex at 7:30 drank 1 qt. water stomach is growling at 8:30. I am taking another atro-phex and will drink another qt of water before lunch.
