I ate breakfast early, like 6:15. Took Bailey for her walk at 7:10 which was way too late (bus traffic).
I took 1 Atro-phex at 7:30 drank 1 qt. water
stomach is growling at 8:30. I am taking another atro-phex and will drink another qt of water before lunch.
