Stayed below my caloric intake Friday, despite going to Dunkin' Donuts, but it appears my fat & sugar intake is hindering my weight loss.

Good information to have.
236.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 76.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
