I fell off the wagon again so not a whole lot of weght loss. Just got Zumba for my birthday so I am excited. I am also in a belly dance troupe and have a bunch of performances coming up- some of which include a lot of floor work with a sword. I really need to get this weight off to protect my knees and I also need to concentrate on bellydance specific strength training so that I can enjoy my dance and not struggle. I was doing Ballet Beautiful and just working on choreographies for my exercise. My plan now is to alternate between Zumba and belly dance drills and exercises. With more intense cardio, the weight should come off a little faster and the drilling will help of course with my dancing
