Trying to modify the Making the Cut meal plan because it is a lot of cooking...all of which takes time I just don't have. Have managed the workouts on Mondays with a goal next week of making Monday and Wednesday. Getting back into the habit of things and still balance my busy schedule. Getting up at 4:00 am to work out takes some motivation.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

How are you doing? It sure is slow going for me.We have to keep trying and it will pay off in the end.
