I have decided that it is time to step it up when it comes to my diet and monitoring my intake because at night I have tendency to go overboard. I want to monitor how many calories I am getting in a day and I have pretty much eliminated soda for the most part and I am relying solely on water for hydration so I am hoping that I can be in good shape in no time.
