I ate well yesterday. I ate at 109% of goal, exceeded my protein goal but missed hitting all activity goals. BF up 0.3% Now, I need to focus on getting my activity up...
150.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
