Here we go. A new month and a new challenge. I SO fell off the boat after reaching 140. Although...starting up again at 146 isn't that bad. So I'm not complaining. But another 20 pounds would be so awesome!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
