Today I start two challenges. The green tea and the hot yoga. I have never done this type of yoga before. I'm glad it's only 15 days as I never seem to keep at anything longer then two weeks. I have already informed Mike that this is every night for two weeks so he can't act like this is a shock. Plus I really need his support on this.
164.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
