Woo hoo - one more pound. Okay, it took forever and I am not even down to my starting weight from earlier this year, but it is still progress. Did a good workout this morning. Plan to eat well until dinner time and then indulge somewhat. Will try to keep it up over the weekend before really getting into high gear on Monday.
