Been letting hubby do the cooking, and he doesn't cook The Plan (TP) style. I find that I've been leaning towards junk food and am hungry alot. Obviously, TP style of cooking addresses both of these problems. When I eat TP, I don't crave the junk crap and I'm never hungry. So being non-TP, both of us have gained.

Yesterday, I started Day 1 on TP again. And lost almost 4 lbs -- in one day. I have to stick with this cooking. The sad part is that there is too much vegetables for my husband and he's not fond of TP, even though he would love to lose 40 lbs and he knows that this is a good way to lose it. He's a bread, potato and meat man, and TP has shown us that we have to limit those types of foods in our diet.
