i have not been following the atkins diet i have been on a "HEALTHY EATING PLAN" which i have found out is not for me i cant have a slice of "healthy brown bread " without wanting the loaf if i eat a baked potato i am starving and craving food 10 mins later and it gets worse i cant go 1 hr without eating .does anyone else have this problem.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week

I gained 100 lbs on a "healthy" eating plan, and I only started it to lose 10!!! I had a hard time making it to two hours much less three without being hungry, was always counting calories, fat, eating my veggies and "healthy whole grains" and exercising. Needless to say it didnt work, atkins is the way to go for me
