1313 kcal Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 59.16g | Carb: 148.95g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice with Pineapple (Pulp Free), Coffee, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Strawberry. Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ceasar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing, Cheesy potato and broccoli soup. Dinner: Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Roasted Potato, Butter (Salted), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Skinless Chicken Breast. Snacks/Other: Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Cherry Mixed Fruit in 100% Fruit Juice. more...
