Been working out and eating a lot. Had 2 bowls of ice cream at breakfast the other day. I don't feel bad. But I'd like to get down in numbers. Maybe I feel a little bad? I love my treadmill!
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
