I am following a WW at work program and we have added a 20 min workout 2X week. My daughter and I bought bikes from a church sale and I am excited about using them soon!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.1 lb a week
