willpower!
I think stress plays a big part in my eating too. When I wake up in the morning, I pack my lunch and snacks. Then I have a game plan up until my work day is over at 5pm.
I am fed up (no pun intended) with dealing with my weight issue over and over again - gaining and loosing. So, that has really helped me make better food choices.
