Well, I got my answer. I cannot cheat with anything - even sunflower seeds. I did check my keytone level; I was amazed that the keytone stick was the darkest it's been since I started testing, so I'm definitely still burning fat at a supernatural rate. Praise God.
FYI - Keytones are produced in the body when fats, rather than glucose are used to produce energy.
