Even though the challenge started on Saturday, I decided to start on monday (5 days before, so that I could reduce the JF...by today I have already lost 0.5 lbs. I admit I ate at TGIF one night and 1 slice of pizza another, but I guess I did very well as I usually eat 2 or more slices. I feel good...anxious sometimes but good overall...
