I haven't started the diet yet, but I've lost some weight. I've been breastfeeding the baby and walking the dog, nothing too extreme. Baby girl is 14 weeks old now and I am able to fit into my old clothes, though it doesn't look as flattering as it once did. I'm going to have to add some strength training to my routine in order to tone those muscles.
