Rode 9.3 miles yesterday. So that is 23.15 miles total 7 miles and I have completed this week's challenge. Now if the darn scales will just start to move.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
