First weigh in post surgery it's frightening. I can wonder about how much the new hip weighs, or retaining fluid or little gremlins running around in my blood....it is what it is and time to take back control. 😧
314.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 39.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
