Start gradually. Walk for 30 minutes with your iPod. Don't get caught up in the hype of "workout til you're about to die 4 hours a day" mentality. It doesn't have to happen all at once. And above all else: find something that you LIKE to do. Don't do what everyone else is doing, do what YOU want to do. My personal favorite is walking. I enjoy the peace and quiet. Find something that makes you happy.
