I got to exercise it's hard to get started... HELP!!!
201.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 64.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.1 lb a week

Start gradually. Walk for 30 minutes with your iPod. Don't get caught up in the hype of "workout til you're about to die 4 hours a day" mentality. It doesn't have to happen all at once. And above all else: find something that you LIKE to do. Don't do what everyone else is doing, do what YOU want to do. My personal favorite is walking. I enjoy the peace and quiet. Find something that makes you happy.

I SO agree! For me--I learned, and LOVE to hula hoop! Stationary biking with my ipod is my thing! Find what you love and start out slow! Changes will happen!
