Wow, okay, so I spent lots of hours at Mom's yesterday. Used the inhaler a couple times, by the time I left my allergies were really bothering me. I didn't stick to my diet plan last night because I ate dinner with Mom and Dad, but I did contain my portions, and they did not eat anything too crazy, so I got through okay. Fell asleep on the couch and then Tyson brought me a pillow and I slept with my neck at an angle all scrunched up against the couch. Awoke this morning with head pain, my eyes hurting, and dry (humidifier was off). Ugh! Really thought a migraine was going to happen. Tyson massaged my shoulders and neck. That helped. I put drops in my eyes (which burned horribly) and laid back down flat on the bed. Not sure a migraine is not still inevitable considering the abuse I did to myself last night and yesterday, but I am hoping to get through without one. I think I'll take some Aleve right away this morning and just try and muddle through.

NO migraines (although certainly the start of one).

Not sore today and weight is back down. Didn't exercise yesterday, but definitely going to exercise today. Also going to finish up cleaning the house today! So excited about seeing all my many girls over the next few days. Inklings today (almost an entire day of writing! Whee!), meeting with Laurie and Julie tomorrow for lunch, dinner with Toni, lunch with Kate Saturday, Comwide kids Saturday night, lunch with Mom and the family Sunday, and dinner with book club! Super social over the next four days. My diet is going to suffer. Won't be able to predict meals very well...I'll probably need to just have a basic game plan before I go about what I am going to get or have for each meal. Best way to handle it, hopefully if I continue to watch portions and just choose meals that should be mild, I'll be safe. Have to order carefully. I think it will be okay, though. Not too worried about it. I've made such amazing progress already, I really think no matter how bad things are the next four days, I should be okay again by Monday.
