I skipped my weigh in last week because I felt like I slipped a little bit. So , it’s been 2 weeks but I’m happy to announce that I’m down another 5 lbs. ( under 350 for the first time in years ).
345.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
