My hubby and I went for a walk on Monday to see how long this road was behind us...we were planning on running yesterday but we were hit with a hail and lightening storm so hopefully we can start today. Eating six meals a day is doing ok but dinners are still getting me. It would be easier if my husband joined this so we could do it together making it easier to cook a smaller meal around that time for us both.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
