Week one on eating six meals a day with smaller portions and eating 1500 calories a day, this was hard. The concept of not eating a lot at dinner is very hard for me to grasp and I kept messing up this week however I have been doing good during the day. Eating 1500 calories wasn't too bad to keep track of during the day either but once dinner came it got more difficult cause I just wanted to eat like normal. I did fine this past week and I am looking forward to this week! I start to begin running today, I am not sure of how to begin this but anywhere is better than no where!
