Yesterday I ate "Poorly" due to late night snacking. I ate at 127% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2%
151.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
