I have been keeping up with the diet pretty well, except yesterday i went to this 'October fest' party and there was a lot of really good but really fattening food, and I just couldn’t help myself, so I ate a ton... I hate the fact that whenever I go a party, I tend to pig out. I need to find a way to resist the temptation and have more self-control!

these are just a few things I have found for parties, eat something before you go that way you are less likely to eat everything in sight, if it is buffet style try not to situate yourself near the buffet tables, and if it is a lot of baked goodies and things use a napkin not a plate.
