After having my job, I slimmed down. Both because of the cals. burned and the small lunches and snacks. I had my measurements taken at my first free PT session and the last and I lost inches all over save my thigh, hips and calves, which is good. I am now 'fit' instead of 'acceptable.'
148.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
