Interesting. Double workout yesterday. Pool in the afternoon. Long walk in the evening. Going to say something was off on the reading. According to the scale this is muscle and water loss. We'll see what it says tomorrow. For those wondering if the measurements are real and I lost muscle and water instead of fat, it's a just $50 scale, so I'm not freaking out, will just press on swimming and walking.

161.1 lb Lost so far: 19.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
