I didn't realize that I had not weighed in for a week. Wow! It has been a good week for workouts and not a good week for eating. Two great things happened this week. One, I hit the 240# mark two days ago. That felt so awesome! Second was that I did my first run under a 9 min/mile. It averaged a 8:58 which was so cool! I am going to try to run like that from this point forward because it felt so good.
