I am a baaaad leader. But here's the thing. My pants are still fitting better than when I started. And I'm on track and not screwing up, birthday parties and such are over.
155.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
