Lately I have been going to Golden Corral, Souper Salad, CiCi's or Ryan's alot. Those days I usually KNOW I will be going there so I eat really light during the day and make very good choices once there. (mostly) I make sure to eat a LARGE salad first (which I LOVE) and I minimize any dressings..... I stay away from fried foods and try to pick lots of fresh steamed veg. if at Ryan's or Golden Corral -- so far it has not hurt the weight at all --- OH and today I began DONATING PLASMA --- so if I keep it up then twice per week I will be giving plasma and not sure how if at all that effects calories burned/used
