Very good week. Very good weigh in at bariatric clinic...,down 6 pounds last month. Hubby just found out yesterday that he has diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. He is 55, and we have been married 3 years. I am trying to encourage him to join this part of my journey. He is my world. He is my reason why.

It starts to hit us at this age! You both look so healthy on the outside, but I understand your concern as it gets real at our age. I always imagine my arteries now, lol. It has nothing to do with body image like it did when I was younger, lol!
