I indulged in a cup of Land O'Lakes Mint hot Cocoa last night with Almond milk. Yum. Absolutely decadent. I think I savored it more that ever simply because I haven't been allowing myself littel indulgences like that in the last several weeks.

On another note, I took a mild laxative last night, I've been feeling for about a week that my digestion was off. And I was right. lol. It really helped me to go, and I could tell that it was needed. Hopefully it'll re-set my system. And I'll become more regulated again. I think I got too much fiber in on a couple of days and that's what did it.

Looking forward today. My sister is coming up tonight, got some cleaning to get done around the house today, laundry, dishes, sweeping, and cleaning the bathroom. I'd also like to get to the gym this afternoon, but not sure how possible that will be. Fingers are crossed though. :)
297.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
