started my diet on Feb 17th I weighed 306
303.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2160 kcal Fat: 106.26g | Prot: 133.48g | Carb: 167.19g.   Breakfast: Bob Evans Sausage Breakfast Patty, Great Value Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Chocolate Coated or Frosted Doughnuts, Sunny Farms Large Egg. Lunch: Broccoli , Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Black Beans (Canned), Cuties Mandarin Orange, Kraft Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing. Dinner: Ken's Steak House Lite Ranch Dressing, Reduced Fat American Cheese, Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Sunny Select Classic Caesar Croutons. Snacks/Other: World Market Sea Salt Dark Chocolate, Fuji Apples, Trader Joe's 70% Dark Chocolate Wedges. more...
