Missed exercise yesterday. Ate poorly!! Don't know how I lost weight but I'll take it. :) Maybe it's all the stress in life right now...wait and see.
211.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 9.8 lb a week
