i started walking this week, and i guess it's helping, weigh in on the 18th and i'm down 2.4lbs. so far in 4 weeks i've lost a total of 17.6lbs.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 2.4 lb a week
