Ok! I'm starting over. This is sad. I know I've been really lax on my diet and very pathetic about losing it. (Kicking myself in the butt).
I started going to the gym 5 days a week. I haven't gained nor have I lost anything but that's about to change. I hate the fact that I let myself down. So... starting over on a clean slate seems appropriate here. No better way to explain my actions.... lazy. I haven't stopped anything just haven't kept up the routine of keeping track and being diligent.
Time to have a "do over and start again"!
