Didn't get to the gym yesterday. Jules napped til almost 5 in the afternoon, then it was snack time, followed by me cooking steak in the oven. But I did do some crunches using my exercise ball yesterday and a few of the pilates moves I've learned during the classes I've been going too. I just put it down as sitting, lol I'd rather underestimate my calorie burn than over estimate it.

Caught the tail end of Biggest Loser last night. :) Going to try and watch all the episodes this year. It's a really encouraging show. And like I've said before, I love dance your ass off too. I wonder when they'll have a new season starting.

I don't have any plans set in stone for today exercise wise. Jules has an appointment for photos at 4pm, I'm hoping I won't have to wake her up from her nap. And I need to wash what I want her to wear today. I have some cute dresses, but the outfit she wore yesterday I really love. It's a white cotton blouse with some pink details, and a pair of brown pants with flowers embrodier (sp?) on the botton of one leg. So cute and kinda reminded me of that end of summer begining of fall time of year. We might go to the park afterwards for a walk if she's really good today.

297.5 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
