Good week! I didn't go to the gym mid-week but made up for it on the weekend :) Keeping track of food and exercise is really working for me. Had McDonalds yesterday... it was delicious, but hopefully that's the last of fast food for a while for me :)

Happy with my 1 lb/week progress :D
171.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
