Decided to increase my water 💦 intake yesterday, an extra 32oz. Of course, this caused an extra two trips to the “loo” last night. But drained the water & weight by nearly 2 pounds.
Let’s try 16oz today & hopefully will reduce my trips......
Heading for a weekend walk at the beach and hopefully keep the metabolism active!!
Still need to stop and secure some Caffeine......
