Yay! I'm sure a lot of the pounds off today are water, but I'll take it. Seems like I could gain 5 lbs a week lately so losing 5 doesn't surprise me.
I love Fatsecret. Scanning my food makes all the difference. The last few times I tried to keep a journal I quit when it got too hard to look everything up and enter it. I love that we can monitor more than calories too.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
