Been in Vacation mode last month, with the heat, Ramadan, Vacation, etc, have not been walking either. Time to get back on the horse (again).
262.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

2015 kcal Fat: 43.72g | Prot: 157.70g | Carb: 232.98g.   Breakfast: 2% Reduced Fat Milk, Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios. Lunch: egg roll, Steamed Rice, teriyaki chicken. Dinner: vegetable stir fry, chicken breast, White Rice. Snacks/Other: ginger snaps, beef jerky, special K bar, gatorade g2. more...
gaining 2.2 lb a week
