I've been slacking on exercise and I know this is why i didn't lose as much as I wanted to and I drank a half gallon of orange juice and a half gallon of silk chocolate milk over a period of 2 days so I know this didn't help. Too much sugar consumption always wrecks havoc on my diet. I'll try harder this week.
I'm looking into Lipo B shots and possibly a phentermine prescription for some assistance with this journey.
My diet might have my body in starvation mode. I'm not sure.
I only eat fruits, vegetables, soy milk, black coffee, unsweet tea, and tofu occasionally. Althoug I'm sure those potato chips I had Sunday didn't help.

Stupid me.....why do i give in so easily.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week
