Well, another no loss, no gain week. It seems that I worked really heard this week with exercise and eating. Last night, I probably blew it when we had a bon fire and roasted hot dogs and smores. I didn't eat hot dogs, but ate smores and no-bake cookies. My weight is not dropping nearly as fast as it first did. I am hungry right now and I don't know what I will eat. My husband just left to go out of town. I hate it when he leaves. Well, my challenge this week it to journal, so at the the end of the day, I let you know how I did. Until then , later.
