Yay! Feeling better about it today! I knew it must be water retention. Yesterday I only had water all day except I always take my vitamins and iron with a litle bit of apple juice in the morning and night. I also had a lot of seared flounder for dinner!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1760 kcal Fat: 44.97g | Prot: 123.72g | Carb: 209.28g.   Breakfast: la banderita fajita tortilla, kraft fat free mozzarella cheese, egg, folgers coffee, big tex apple juice, splenda. Lunch: fat free refried beans bush's, great value salsa, Whole Wheat Quesadilla. Dinner: refried beans on the border, on the border chips, boneless chicken breast skin not eaten, lettuce, tomato, flour tortilla. Snacks/Other: fruit and yogurt parfait mcdonald's, small french fry mcdonald's, chicken nuggets mcdonald's. more...
