Oyy... Need to get back on the horse with being healthy. I've basically been eating like crap and I need to stop. No more eating out or eating fast. Need to plan ahead and take control!
163.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
