Had a lot of water retention....wow.
144.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1402 kcal Fat: 47.41g | Prot: 59.43g | Carb: 183.26g.   Breakfast: Water, Cream Cheese, Stop & Shop Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, Land O'Lakes Fat Free Half & Half, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets. Lunch: Snapple Diet Lemon Iced Tea, Cheese Pizza. Dinner: Water, Simply Steam Garden Vegetable Medley, Chicken Breast Meat (Broilers or Fryers). Snacks/Other: Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, Sugar Free Lifesavers Ice Pop, Multi-Grain Cereal Bars - Chewy Chocolate Chip, Trident Sugar Free Spearmint Gum, Golden Delicious Apples. more...
